Therapy & Coaching Pricing Options

I offer a range of flexible plans to suit your needs. If you’re not sure what you need, don’t worry, that’s what initial calls are for. Some clients know what they want, whereas others we need to discuss, and that’s fine!

Standard Session Rates

Individual Sessions (Pay per session)

  • 60-minute session: £120

  • 90-minute session: £160

Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or ad-hoc as needed. 24 hour cancellation policy.

Concessions: I am able to offer a number of concession slots. Please get in contact if you need this.

EMDR / CBT Intensive and Package Options

Best for: people engaging in EMDR intensives, doing multiple EMDR or CBT sessions over a short period of time.

Session packs

Available for a pack of sessions of 3+ with lump sum payment (10% discount).

Recommended maximum: 6 sessions max per block booking as we may reach a place where you no longer need the sessions or wish to return to standard sessions. Some people do buy larger packs to suit their circumstance.

Payment Plans

Available to spread the cost over time, however no discount is given, Contact me to arrange suitable payment terms.

Cancellations & Expiry

  • Sessions expire within 8 weeks, primarily because if you’re not using all of them within this time frame you are better served by ad-hoc bookings or monthly subscriptions. I may also not be able to guarantee availability in the future.

  • If you decide to stop therapy, any remaining sessions will be refunded with the sessions taken so far at standard rates (£120/60 min £160/90min)

Important Information

  • Larger packages: Available upon request if desired

  • Block booking discount: Applies only to lump sum payments of 3+ sessions

  • I do not offer further discount the more sessions you do, as whilst I am providing a professional service, this would be unethical due the nature of my work. I do not wish to encourage people to buy more than they need.

  • All pricing is designed to make therapy/coaching accessible while ensuring you never lose money for unused sessions as long as they are cancelled within the limits of the terms and conditions. Please contact me to discuss which option works best for your needs and circumstances.
