Options for EMDR

EMDR is a powerful therapy, but is an investment, and payment plans to make it accessible are below:

Standard Session Rates (Pay session-by-session)

  • 60-minute EMDR session: £110

  • 90-minute EMDR session: £150

Block Booking Discount for 90 min Sessions (10% off)

Available for 2+ sessions with lump sum payment

90-Minute Sessions

  • 2 sessions: £270 (save £30)

  • 3 sessions: £405 (save £45)

  • 4 sessions: £540 (save £60)

  • 5 sessions: £675 (save £75)

  • 6 sessions: £810 (save £90)

Payment Plans

Available for purchases of 3+ sessions. There is no discount for payment plans, but they allow you to spread the cost of EMDR over a greater amount of time. Contact me to arrange suitable payment terms.

Important Information

  • Recommended maximum: 6 sessions per block booking just as we may get to a place where you do not need, want to go back to one hour sessions, or do not wish to do more

  • Larger packages: Available upon request if desired

  • Unused sessions: If you decide to stop therapy, any remaining sessions will be refunded at standard rates (£150 for 90-min)

  • Block booking discount: Applies only to lump sum payments of 2+ sessions
